Kroger Pharmacy

Only 1 nice pharmacist there was told my pain medication had to be ordered could pick up the next day at 12 called next day at 12 was told couldn't be filled till the next day unless doctor called and told them to release it a day early have 1 pill left will wake up next day completely out and have to wait on them to fill it before I can pick it up but I am scheduled to be at hospital at 6 am to have a precedure to have a port put in my shoulder for my chemo treatment which will follow this surgery followed by test have no idea when I can pick up medication they show no compassion and are rude in the process I have had this problem with them many times I don't know why I still use them like I have for years I guess it's time to go somewhere else and would recommend everyone else to how and

Forgot my meds at home and Jody at the Pharmacy helped me get what I needed.

I have been going to Kroger for a very long time and I must say that I absolutely love the pharmacy. Chris is always very helpful and knowledgeable and I trust him with all my questions and prescriptions. Thank you Chris Dale and I appreciate you. I really don't shop anywhere else for groceries or my home needs. They are a great store and a great pharmacy, if there were a 10 star review I would give it to them.

Been waiting in the Pharmacy drive thru for 40 minutes. I am blocked in. I called the pharmacy they said the people at the front were waiting for a vaccine but the pharmacist is busy. Why make the same line for picking up meds as the one people get shots in? If the pharmacists is busy tell the people to pull forward since the pharmacist isn’t outside to give the shot. I’ve been told to roll out of the line when my prescription wasn’t ready to keep the line going as a Courtesy to other customers. I did it no problem. Keep the line moving.

You would think with the power of social media people that are unhappy with their job they would either find something that suites them or fake it to you make it. With that being said I have had the same prescription for the past 4 months and each time I come to pick up I have the same issue even though I thoroughly explain insurance will not cover this please use the discount card at the bottom that my doctor provided. Then it's never ready when promised. I go today get a major run around and a severe attitude from the lady working at 11:00, I would give a name but she was hiding it, I would as well. Not my fault I'm upset over this pharmacy not following easy directions and making a mess of things 4 times in a row. Time to move to a new pharmacy, their patients and customers mean nothing
