Dr. Anna Matthews and the staff have been absolutely incredible for our family this week. We are so happy we found her and Urgent Care of Plano!
I had a great experience with Dr. Anna Mathew and the staff. Not only was I seen promptly, but they also offered on-site testing and services that I wasn’t able to access through other healthcare providers. The provider took the time to carefully evaluate my symptoms, run appropriate tests, and really work through possible causes. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional, and I didn't feel rushed. I recommend this location for urgent care and regular primary care visits.
Dr. Matthew and staff are nice! I cannot say enough about Dr. Matthew. She is truly kind and truly cares.
I hadn't been seen there before, so I was asked to make a visit for the next day because they're slow. I don't think urgent is the right word.
