Urgent Care of Longwood

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place like this where both the staff and doctor truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. They got me right in, got all my needs addressed and I was very pleased! Great staff and Dr. Office was very clean and professional I would highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!

if i could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to this urgent care in 2021 to get a covid test was a requirement for my job. I paid and got what I needed done. Now, today, 2/20/2026 they call me to tell me their system says i owe $28 of my copay... FROM 5 YEARS AGO? I don't live in the are anymore, I've had two different jobs since 2021 meaning my insurance has changed over the years. I work in HR, that's not how that works; if your insurance requires you to pay your deductible and/or co-pay you do it on the spot. This is ridiculous, the lady on the phone couldn't even tell me why/how this was happening, she just wanted a new address to send the bill to. 0/10. would not recommend.

I came her about a month and a half ago thinking I had a pinched nerve. Dr. Wong diagnosed me with shingles immediately. I left with five prescriptions and several follow ups. He’s been amazing to work with as I got through this! Highly recommend. He and his whole staff were friendly and thorough.
