North Orlando Spine Center has been a true blessing to us. After an accident, we were overwhelmed, hurting and unsure where to turn - and this entire team became a place of comfort, healing and hope. Dr. Nicole Ingrando cared for us with such compassion and gentleness. She listened, she explained, she reassured and she treated us like people who mattered - not just patients. Her skill and kindness made us feel safe during a scar time in our lives. Lina Cevallos, our massage therapist, beought a sense of calm and relief we needed. Her hands, her heart and her intuitive care helped us release tension, pain, and fear. Every session with her helped us breathe a little easier. I so looovveee this place they are the best. The staff are awesome very professional very polite very understanding if you have not been here yet it is a must that you get to North spine Institute in Longwood check these guys out. They are a one stop shop. I’m talking about everything from acupuncture suction cups physical therapy adjustments massages, neck, compressions, and the whole works they even have Treated a few professional athletes again, This is a one stop shop you must get there to check them out. I highly highly highly recommend them.

You know you have found an amazing doctors office when you want to take time out of your day outside of an appointment to stop by and say hello! Not only has the treatment I’ve received from this facility been fantastic, but I genuinely feel like I’ve made a connection with everyone who works in the office. Doctor Ingrando and April have been an amazing team! I’ve even had help from Kevin and Dr. Sprout. I haven’t been in to see Amy in a while, but trust me when I say the whole staff is incredible. All the ladies at the front desk know me by name, and I feel so welcome and taken care of here. I’ve been working with them since I was around seven months pregnant, and now even still as I am nearing three months postpartum. Thanks for all that you do!

I’ve been coming here for years and they always take care of me! Dr. Sproat is knowledgeable and always answers any questions. April is amazing and great at the muscle therapy. She also provides recommendations for mobility stretches and strengthening to help improve my lower back pain. Any time I have a pain flare up, NOSC takes care of me!
