Springs Family Dentistry: Troy A. Gessner, DDS, MAGD

This was my first visit with Dr Gessner and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The staff is knowledgeable, very sweet and very kind. I felt like everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and put me at ease (I have always been nervous about dental visits). Dr Gessner was amazing too. I was having a crown done and he explained every part of the process, what he was doing and how it would feel. He also followed up a few days later with a text asking how I was doing. I told my family and friend that I have never had such a good experience at a dental appointment. I highly recommend Springs Family Dentistry.

I had a great experience at my dental visit last week. Lisa, my hygienist, did an amazing job. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. The entire office has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone was so kind and friendly. You can really tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend this office.

Dr.Gessner has been the best dentist visit I’ve EVER had, hands-down. Also a big shoutout to Lisa! Both of them went above and beyond, showing the next steps and building a game plan around what’s best for my oral health. I’ll be back for my next appointment! From the moment I called the front desk, to walking into the office, the staff was welcoming and created a comfortable atmosphere. I have not had great experiences with dentists and Dr. Gessner took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I clearly understood everything throughout my appointment.
