Urgent Care of Kansas - independence

I’ve called this ‘urgent’ care office 8 times since they’ve opened. Never have they answered. Not once. I’ll let my insurance know, that you’re refusing access to care, that is.

I made the mistake of making this my primary care physician. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. They're very careless, apathetic and disconnected from their patients...let me explain. First I'll start off with how I only seen the doctor one for a short minute when he came in to tell me that I have high blood pressure and diabetes, I was put off by this information and started to cry and he seemed annoyed and when I asked him about the diabetes he said to me like I was stupid or something with a condescending response "no sugar." I was giving no other information or what my A1C was or anything that would make me feel cared for or educated to the new diagnosis. Dr.Rashid is my first primary doctor in many years and has been amazing. He’s helped with long term issues of mine in a professional, caring manner. His staff is also welcoming and very informative. Bethany and Michelle specifically have always made me feel important when I go in. Great place

I leave reviews about as much as I visit a doctor... Which is close to never, but I gotta say, i recently visited this urgent care for a sudden ear infection and was incredibly impressed by the whole experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the wait time was minimal. I believe it was Bethany and Michelle (sorry if I got the names wrong)... They thoroughly examined me and explained my treatment options clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and left feeling confident about my recovery. A big THANK YOU. You guys are the best! I Highly recommend this clinic.

Started off good was quick and efficient. The office staff was lacking tho extremely. I thought they had just opened and didn't have their shit together yet. Nope. I'd make an appt with the dr, and the nurse would be sent in instead. If I wanted to see her I would've asked. The Dr there was always a wait even tho lobby was empty. They were effient on xrays and tests. Then wasn't when it came time for resolving. Took DAYS to get their scripts called in or filled, I'd have to call to find out why it wasn't turned in yet. At one point 3 scripts were called in, filled, then they called again and changed the script to the pharmacy. Dr kept insisting I see their therapist. I told him no, I already see 2 I don't need or want 3. They made a zoom appt anyways. Then another and I called again an
