KC Hearing Center

Great visit! While visiting my 94 y o dad, he complained about his hearing. KCHC was able to squeeze us in the next day. Very clean office. First, the receptionist was kind and sharp. Emma was our audiologist and she was so kind and spoke to dad very well, and that is a difficult thing to do. He will be able to use his deceased wife’s Oticon hearing aids when she is done, saving us a lot of money. Thank y’all. Highly recommended!!!

Emma handled my problem with care and ease. She was attentive to details and was careful to show me how to change my filters which task had escaped me. Thx Emma for your good Customer Service. I appreciated it very much.

It was wonderful, the staff was incredibly helpful with walking me through what I needed and enthusiastic about getting me help. They made it easy for me understand where my hearing starting to fade out and the steps we needed to take to prevent future issues. 10/10 would recommend.

They have always listened to every concern I have brought up with patience and kindness. I have never felt judged for any choice I have made and feel comfortable with everyone in the office! Best decision to come here for my hearing!
