The entire experience was great. The front desk lady was so efficient, fast and polite. The nurse was great. The Doctor, I believe he said to call him Rich was awesome. I thought I had an ear infection but really I just had a little fluid behind my eardrum and he suggested I get some over-the-counter Sudafed and Claritin D and it cleared it right up within 24 hours. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, I wasn’t rushed, but they were very efficient. I highly recommend, I was traveling Through Arizona and was only staying there for two nights. They took my Ambetter insurance also. Thanks again

I just had to visit the urgent care this weekend because of a fall during skiing. I was afraid that I had broken my knee, but the availability of this location to be seen with a right away appointment and X-Rays on site put my mind at ease. From the very phone call, the receptionist Priscilla was super helpful and patient with my questions. Then when I got into the location (after going to the other one by accident, please know that they have the same name and share phone number. Makes no sense, be careful of that) the receptionist was able to check me right in as I filled out the paperwork on my phone in my way there. Making an appointment with previously having gone to the emergency room at Urgent Care was the best alternative than returning to the emergency room. In addition to having to wait it out to my upcoming appointment with Podiatrist. I received all the care required of my condition & was equipped with the proper medical gear by their facility that would accommodate me to my appointment with the podiatrist

My recent experience at NAH Urgent Care was excellent. I made an appointment and was quickly taken back by the medical assistant. Waited two minutes and the doctor came in. Dr. Rich listened and very thorough. He was very good in assessing my health and situation.

I had the fastest, easiest appointment at any doctors dude ever at this place last week. My primary wasn’t in town and I had a bad sinus infection. I called at 11am and asked if they had a wait. They told me I could make an appointment at 130 that day. I showed up and signed in and was immediately taken back. The doctor I saw was friendly and sent meds to my pharmacy as I sat there and out the door I went. I was there for 10 minutes total. This is the fastest urgent care I’ve ever been to.
