Wow! Our son seemed to have an ear infection so we booked an appointment. We were seen same day and in the comfort of our own home which really helped my 18 month old feel so much more safe and calm. Shawn explained everything in language we could understand and answered all of our questions. Such a great service! Definitely book an appointment when you need it.

I am so incredibly grateful for Shawn at mend mobile urgent care. He came to our house as our 10 year old was quite sick, and he was very up front with a concern he had, even though he admitted it would be a bit alarming. I can't say how grateful I am for that because he was spot on with his possible diagnosis. If he hadn't given us that info, we would have likely not even known to look for the random symptoms associated with this disease and we may have missed it. Thanks so Much Shawn!! He came over instead of us having to go to one of those get 'em in get 'em out Urgent care places here in Flagstaff. He really spent the time needed with my son to figure out what was wrong and how to go forward. He really involved us with the care and helped us get to the point of knowing what to do while not forcing us to do something we may not want to. His follow-up was fantastic and the thing that helped us know that the problem may need hospital care.
