Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Lone Tree Medical Offices

This review is for the Kaiser Lonetree urgent care and particularly Becky S, RN that works there. I received attentive and empathetic care by her. You can tell she goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable and I can trust her with me or my families care. I unfortunately can not say the same about all Kaiser providers when it comes to trust, and if/when I need urgent care I will go to Lonetree UC with hopes Becky would be my nurse again!

Shout out to everyone working here! All nice and attentive people. I have been to this urgent care numerous times and they always helped me. This time they diagnosed me with severe tooth and bone infection after having a contrast CT on site within an hour, started treatment and provided a list of referrals. Thank you!

I am a 15 year Kaiser Senior Advantage member. I recently had to access Lone Tree Urgent Care 4 times in less than 2 weeks, once late on a Sunday afternoon. Little or no waiting, fast triage, & fast, expert care by ALL of the Kaiser doctors, physicians assistants, nurses & orderlies I am VERY grateful for the Kaiser staff & Kaiser system. You all have provided outstanding care to me & my wife for the past 15 years!!

Went bright and early. They saw me within 15 minutes, even with 4 people before me. Well staffed. Nurse and Doctor listened to me and catered to my questions and inquiries regarding all the labs I requested to diagnose my swollen tonsil, and what felt like swelling down the right side of my neck. They went above and beyond to try and appease my concerns. I'm thinking the bad reviews on here might only be from negative encounters, or bad customers.

To start, urgent care isn't somewhere anyone wants to go, so it feels a little weird giving a review as if it were a clothing store or a restaurant, but I read a lot of bad reviews and our experience couldn't have been better. Literally everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, competent, and expedient. The receptionist was super helpful and patient. The intake nurse too. The PA's were kind and quick. And our doctor took the time to really talk us through the issue and the potential risks and what we should and shouldn't be concerned with. It wouldn't be hyperbole to say that our visit was the best interaction I've ever had in a medical setting. Again, no one wants to have to go to urgent care, but the staff made it as good as I can possibly imagine. Thank you!
