I had been experiencing frequent neck pain and headaches on and off for several months until I decided to try seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Teets took an x-ray of my neck and spine and provided a clear outline of what was going on, what my treatment plan would look like, and gave me exercises to do at home in between adjustments. Within a few weeks, the tightness and pain I was experiencing significantly lessened, and now I have a short exercise routine to prevent future pain and prolong the strength and mobility of my spine and neck.
