Very long wait time to be seen at urgent care due to the high volume of patients seeking care. I was finally seen after about four hours. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, but Samina Khan took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, including what I felt the issue was not and what I suspected might be going on. We were able to quickly identify the problem, which resulted in a very positive outcome. I’ve been to other urgent care centers with little to no wait times and unfortunately had poor experiences with providers who dismissed my concerns. In contrast, the patient-centered care here was exceptional. While the wait time was unfortunate, I would still highly recommend this location.

Very inefficient experience. I went in for a quick test that could have been so quick but my experience took over 2 hours and I’m still waiting! The wait for urgent care only took 15 mins itself so it wasn’t that. Very frustrating experience, no urgency for an urgent care. Edit: 30 mins later no update. I’m so annoyed. The doctor also keeps repeating info and confusing me more and more. This service needs to be improved. Edit 2: took 3 hours for something that could have been 30. The nurse AND doctor truly were so unhelpful, so confusing, and kept changing their mind on what to do. I’m so frustrated with how truly bad this experience was. Find better employees please KP.

This is a review of the incredibly inefficient and ineffective pharmacy. First, parking was lousy, partly due to construction. Then, they claimed not to have received the electronic Rx order from my non-KP doctor. Apparently, it was incorrectly sent to the pharmacy at KP-Franklin instead, and it took them over an hour to find it, and me calling KP-Franklin to get it transfered. Once the KP-Lakewood pharmacy "found" it, it took them more than half an hour more to actually fill it because of some issue with my insurance, which is Kaiser!!! I eventually told them we would pay full price just to get out of there! It turned out that full price was just over $15!!! They wasted all that time for 15 bucks!!!! All the while my wife is in post-op pain, waiting for the pain medication. What an admini

Hey, I am writing this as I am laying on an urgent care bed with memory foam. Do NOT feel discouraged from all the negative reviews. People are caring and kind. Facility is clean and all. Joy RN was incredible, above and beyond both professionally and interpersonally.

If i could leave 0 stars i would.This is the most imcompetent urgent care ever. My wife went in with severe stomache and back pain chills and her heart was hurting. After sitting literally for almost 3 hours in a room with no one checking on her she simply wanted some blankets to help her chills to which Dr. Sangeeta Gupta Clarke told my wife " i will not get you blankets because this would take away from our time to talk." This is the most incomprehensible statement by a doctor I think I have ever heard! There is no compassion no caring no bedside manner no sense of these doctors even knowing what they are doing! My wife also told Dr. Clarke she was advised by her PCP and GI dept. That she should have a CT scan to which the doctor replied " we can give you one but we are not going to fin
