Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Interstate South

My experience at this urgent care was exceptional, which has been my experience since joining Kaiser in 2026 after 20+ years with other providers. I was in triage within 5-10 minutes of walking in the door. I was then called back to a room within 5 minutes and spoke with a nurse. Then the doctor came in ~5-10 minutes later. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

My first experience here was better than expected and I am really glad I went. I went on a Sunday morning at 9 and while there were people here earlier than me, the line went swiftly. The check in person, the LPN, and the doctor were all very kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Garner and she took my concerns seriously and was also very gentle while I was in pain. I then went for lab work, X-rays, and a splint in the cast room as well and all the interactions were kind, professional and thoughtful. I am thankful to have health insurance and extra thankful to have such great health providers at Kaiser.

I came in for chest pain. The wait was appropriate. The registration desk staff were super helpful and very nice. My nurse was the best! She checked my info repeatedly, she answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable. My nurse seemed to care and was so kind. The doctor was awesome. He did all the tests, explained everything and set me up with follow up. He listened I didn't feel rushed and feltbat ease. Over all it was an excellent visit. Thank you.

I want to offer my commendations and convey my gratitude to the team of Dr. Anne Toledo and nurses Colin Godbey and Michelle Jockusch (forgive me if I've gotten Michelle's last name wrong), who provided exceptionally fine medical help to me at Urgent Care, Interstate South, on Saturday, October 11, and did so in a genuinely caring and personalized way. I'd also like to thank the nurses who took my vitals and administered a scan that set the stage for the diagnosis and responsive treatment that Dr. Toledo and Mr. Godbey and Ms. Jockusch extended to me. I was quite anxious before meeting with the team members, but through their reassuring presence and high proficiency my anxiety began to melt (or at least it was significantly mitigated). Thank you so much, Kaiser team!

If you absolutely have to come here, just save yourself the headache and go to the emergency room. Wait times of 4 hours plus. Incompetent doctors who cant even look at your medical report to see who your primary is. Ive been here almost 6 hours. I still have not gotten a resolution. The dryer is completely Incompetent and just prescribed me pain pills.
