Urgent Care - Highland Heights - St. Elizabeth Physicians

Took my son here after a bad fall. Online they say the offer X-rays. I guess it’s only some days. I was told they could still treat my son and order the X-ray. Well the doctor the treated my son didn’t see a need for an X-ray. I ended up taking my kid the next day to othocincy and of course he had broken his arm. So mostly they just stole money from me and didn’t do their job. The response below, I have called the hotline and of course you have to leave a voicemail and they never get back to you. So they don't seem to care at all. And are only making these comments to save face. I would appreciated actually talking to someone about this issue.

If you want to receive your old age pension, or are ok with retirement coming before the doctor gets to you. Then by all means visit. They definitely take urgent out of urgent care. And yes waiting room was empty, 1 person in a room. 10 other rooms empty

Most compassionate care I have received from a medical team. I went in for a dog bite. They listened, didn't do anything unnecessary and made sure I was finished in time to pick up an antibiotic. 5 stars!! Highly recommend

Took my 2 year old son around 630 last night due to running a high fever and not wanting to eat or drink, the staff was awesome! The nurse practitioner he seen was fantastic! Very professional and great with my son! Hopefully we won’t be back soon, but will go here again if needed! They had us in and out in about an hour. 🙂

EDIT: Unfortunately I have to edit my review. We arrived to the facility at 6:50pm today 2/3/25 and we were turned away at the door. I confirmed that they closed at 8 and the lady at the desk said yes but they've seen too many patients today and are no longer seeing any more. There were only TWO people in the waiting area, sitting together (mother and daughter). It's absolutely ridiculous to send patients away more than an hour before closing. DO BETTER St. Elizabeth urgent care. Excellent service every time. Between my whole family, we have been here at least 10 times and this is literally the only urgent care I will go to or take my children to if I have a choice.
