Doctor Heis has a straightforward but considerate manner. I felt he was willing to listen to my concerns and provide me the best solution. His staff was very friendly and quick in taking care of x-rays and other needs. I will definite recommend Dr. Heis and his office and use him next time I need medical care for my knees or shoulders.

Ten years ago this month (3/2016), Dr. Heis performed surgery on my right shoulder, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. To this day, I have total range of motion and no pain! Unfortunately, it is time to get my left shoulder fixed, but I have no hesitation returning to Dr. Heis. I’m not looking forward to the surgery itself, but I am definitely looking forward to the results! High praise for Dr. Heis and the staff at OrthoCincy.

Dr.Heis is wonderful! he has the best bedside manner and is so accommodating in my care. He treats me like I’m part of the care team when we discuss my case and listens to my concerns. I really couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Liked Dr. Heis a lot. Very friendly and very easy to talk to. Explained everything so I could understand what my problem was and what he could do. Also liked his assistant. She was great and also made you feel very comfortable.

Dr Heis performed Rotator and bicep surgery for me in the beginning of November. I'm a little over 10 weeks into rehab and I'm feeling great. I am an avid golfer and I have no doubt I'll be ready play well before spring and I have my full motion back. Dr Heis and his team did an amazing job from my very first visit, planning and performing the surgery.
