Urgent Care for Kids | Cy-Fair

We had such a wonderful experience at this kids urgent care tonight. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The doctors were incredible—knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation so much easier as a parent. The office itself was spotless, welcoming, and absolutely adorable! Hands down the best urgent care experiences we’ve ever had. We are so grateful for this amazing team and highly recommend them to any parent looking for exceptional care for their child.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my baby received at this urgent care. They were patient, gentle, and truly caring toward my baby, which made such a stressful situation so much easier. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient, and we were seen promptly. We did a walk-in visit. Waited for at least an hour to get back into a room. Sat for an extra hour before we were seen. They did come offer us a snack & drink. By the time we left, our pharmacy was closed so she offered to send it to another further away. Ok… she said by the time I get there it should be there. It wasn’t. I waited an extra 10 mins before even going through the drive thru. They still hadn’t received it. It was almost 9:30. I drove back there & just told her to leave it at the other pharmacy & I’d get it tomorrow because it wasn’t late & I was tired. I was supposed to get a note for school, but never received one. I tried to call for one but no one answered or returned my call. This was our first visit & I wanted to like it soooo bad, but it just do it for me. Had I just too

What a great experience! Check in was a breeze and the wait time wasn't too long when we went in. Very clean and kid friendly environment. The staff and doctor were incredible! I felt like our concerns were heard and addressed unlike most places. If anything were to ever arise again this is where we are going.

Excellent service. Excellent check in process and friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Grateful I visited this location for my toddler at night a hour and a half before closing and there was no wait. The PA was awesome and helped my baby boy feel better and comfortable with correct diagnosis and treatment :) Thank you!!
