Very effective and communicative! Kim was very comforting and understanding. She took the time to listen to my daughter’s concerns. I apologized over again because the clinic was very busy and it was overwhelming and overstimulating. Nonetheless she reassured us that it was no problem and that we needed to get the issue resolved as best as we can. Our provider was great! She was very knowledgeable very patient. I feel blessed to have found this place. The receptionist was also attentive to those in the waiting room which was much appreciated. I’ve been to places where the receptionist doesn’t acknowledge there is even anyone in the lobby!

Brought 3 sick kiddos on a Saturday with no appt .. there was a bit of a wait but it wasnt to bad about 30 mins but for a sat that was packed i will gladly take that over the 2 hr wait at the hospital. Mimi was our nurse and she was amazing .. she was very patient with my 5 yr old who was a little nervous.. we saw NP Shannon who was very attentive answered all my questions and walked out with the prescriptions we needed. Will definitely be back.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and truly focused on helping families feel comfortable during stressful moments. The front desk team checked us in quickly, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected, especially for a pediatric urgent care. STAY AWAY from this place. I took my toddler here on a Sunday for a scheduled appointment. Despite the clinic not being busy, we waited over an hour before being seen—and that was only after making a fuss about the delay. The doctor came in, spent less than five minutes with my son, and told us nothing was wrong. Two days later, I took him to Texas Children’s for a second opinion. Both of his ears were found to be severely infected—bad enough that I was told they would soon begin oozing. I was informed that an infection this severe should have been immediately recognized during our urgent care visit. This is deeply concerning for me as a parent and for the community.
