Skin Cancer Specialists

I never thought that small spot on my head would be so extensive. My recommendation is catch it early. My experience at skin cancer specialists was very good. I am 36 hours after surgery and still no pain. They are great surgeons and staff. I am not done with this one yet, but I have always had good results there.

Excellent visit to Dr Fakhouri, the staff at check-in was polite and very helpful getting my insurance registered and then off to the sterile room where I received preparation set up and what would take place. Doctor showed up and asked if I had any questions and then the procedure began. Zero pain levels during the entire procedure and a very smooth procedure the entire time. Then came the instructions of how I should take care of the procedure area for the next two weeks, and they furnished a typed written page on what to do during the healing process. I have referred to this page several times to make sure I treated my skin with the best no scars showing. This is a traffic place to receive treatment if you love your Skin!

Their staff is very efficient and friendly. Unlike other doctors offices, I did not have to fill out forms with redundant information time after time after time. The front desk personnel were responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Gabby and Dr. Safir were very professional, and obviously skilled in their profession. The procedure went flawless, and I am very pleased.

My procedure at SCS was extremely positive. The front desk staff are professional, polite, and very competent and efficient. My nurse was super nice, and explained EVERYTHING to me fully and concisely. She was compassionate and caring throughout the procedure. Dr. Laraib Safeer did a phenomenal job of performing the procedure. She explained what she was going to do before starting. Then she was reassuring during the procedure...letting me know everything was proceeding as planned. At the end of the procedure, she described all that was done, what to expect during the healing process, and how to take care of my wound. All in all, I had a totally positive experience from the time I interacted with Skin Cancer Specialist to make the appointment all the way through to the end of the procedure.

Staff and Dr. Safeer are amazing. Both consult and procedure went very well and you can tell there is extreme care as a priority. Follow up post procedure a definite thumbs up. Incision area appears it will heal nicely and not noticeable. Would highly recommend Dr. Safeer and team at Skin Care Specialist.
