This urgent care really cares about your kids! The staffs are very patient. Facility is very clean and kids friendly. While I do not wish any kid gets sick, but if you are looking for a good urgent care for kids, give this one a try.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. I especially appreciated being able to check in online ahead of time—it made the arrival process quick and stress-free. Our total visit was about 1.5 hours, but that included waiting for test results and staying afterward so they could monitor my child after administering a medication they had never taken before. Dr. Chu was attentive and very thorough. They explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Jaiyla did an excellent job taking care of my children. She was patient, compassionate, and took the time to try to make them feel comfortable during the visit.

Super thankful for this facility. They acted quickly to help me and my daughter despite being busy. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of when I was scheduling and I was in there and seen within and hour of our appointment time. The staff was friendly and tentative. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

First, let me just say my son is autistic and he was so calm. The staff was so kind and patient caring and you don’t see that a lot nowadays in healthcare. I would definitely bring my son back again if he ever needed to come to an urgent care thank you so much for taking care of my son being kind and gentle. 10/10 highly recommend

Urgent Care Kids took amazing care of my daughter, Lindzi. From the moment we walked in, the staff was patient, gentle, and really made her feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly, moved quickly, and treated her like they truly cared. I appreciate how professional and caring everyone was.
