Urgent Care - Dignity Health - Lompoc, CA

I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care! I was seen right away after filling out my paperwork. As soon as the Medical Asst. was finished with my intake the doctor was right in and spent the timed needed and I appreciated her advise and treatment options. It never felt rushed and that's rare in my experience. Thank you Dr. Morehouse and other staff! 👏 👏 👏

I called at 8:00 to make an appointment and they said to come right in. I got there within 10 minutes. Being a new year I had to update my information but just as I got started I was called in!!! I was seen by Paul who is a PA. I’ve seen him before and he is very thorough and has a common sense approach and takes his time with you to make sure your problem is addressed which is so rare these days!!! This is a great facility and the office staff is very friendly and helpful!!!

Lompoc is lucky to have such a great staff of caring people. I have been going there for several years and always feel well cared for by all. Paul Gilardone is an excellent physician assistant and has always followed through with me. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

The service was goood, but my only complaint is the front office lady told me I had a previous balance at the office. I was a little bit confused because I didn’t visit that office very much, so I question it, and she gave me a little bit of a push back. I asked her again are you sure it’s in this office? She looked into a little bit more and said no form others offices. Ok that makes sense then. But she was a little bit rude about it. I was a little bit surprised that she told I had a balance on my account before I send a doctor. Maybe it’s a normal practice at this clinic? I know it’s normal to asks for co-pays before you are scene by the doctor, but not past due balance form others offices clinics.

I had hurt my elbow. They got. me an appointment for right away. We were seen right away. I needed a Xray. They did that right away And I was done. It was a short sweet visit. The care was good the PA gave intructions & explained everything. Over all a good experience.
