People are super nice and kind but they took an hour to see me I had my appointment at 8am and they attended me at 9:10 for a 15 or less min visit
Martha Salcido quickly corrected a desperate situation that resulted in my not having meds for nearly 4 months due to an insurance mistake and a staffing issue with scheduling me too far out for an appointment. Once she realized what was going on, she quickly made sure she made time for at least a telephone appointment and got my meds for me. She's always taking good care of me, especially when I explain a situation to her and completely understands life throws obstacles in the way from time to time, and never punishes you for it but does what she can to help and not make things like your care and health and extra worry. She's very understanding and alert to all her patients needs, and very easy to talk to. Can't wait to see her get her MD in place of the PA behind her name! ❤️🥰🙏🏼
She is very patient and explains very well. She will go above and beyond when giving a referral to a specialist
