Urgent Care Center, Signature Healthcare - 110 Liberty Street- Brockton

Came here with my daughter on a Monday, there was only one person in the waiting area when we came in, the person was called and 10 min later my daughter was called, once we were placed in a room we waited 1 hour and 30 min without any explanation, as I am writing the review we are still waiting. I asked one of the nurses for an estimated time and she responded “10 min, everyone came in at the same time” even though we were the only ones in the admissions room. I understand there must be a wait time, but what I don’t understand is the diss missive attitude when asked a rightful question. People come here because they need help, not because of pleasure; people are paying, it is not a free clinic to begin with. Had three appont today. 7:30 saw me at 7:47, had 8 saw me at 8:16. Had a 9:45 at 10:40 still waiting. Great time waiting for them. But don't be late on your side, they will hold it against you.

DO NOT COME HERE. The “ Doctor “ prescribed my son antibiotics because it LOOKED like he had strep throat. He started getting more sick after. They are quick to just give a antibiotic without proper diagnosis

Donna may be the worst nurse I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Actually embarrassing the way I was treated, and if thats the way she treats everyone I’d be surprised if they ever came back. EMBARRASSMENT.

Had a wonderful experience here. NP Hauvuy was thorough, compassionate, and helpful. Thank you for treating me today. I was in an out in a jiffy, x-ray included. Appreciate your help and will be returning.
