Customer Reviews
I always have a terrible experience here. My PCM was too busy. Could not get me in for an appointment. I actually never have met him in a year of living here. He’s never available. I addressed my concerns they said yeah we’re too busy go to the urgent care. I went to the urgent care on base. About six hours later. I finally got to see someone. I spent two minutes in the room they said we can’t help you just go to the ER. Mind you they didn’t even try they asked And sit me on the side door it’s not like I had anything crazy going on. I had rashes on my body. I ended up going to Queens West ER. Best decision I’ve ever done. Don’t waste your time. Going to tripler or any urgent care on base. I have never felt more cared for, listened to, and Help then I’ve ever done there.
Showed up close to closing time- we knew this and felt very bad and apologized a ton for it. Nurse advice line told us to go here for our issue. The doctor that saw us said he was “trying to leave” and glanced at the problem and left immediately. The nurses also said “sorry, the doctor is trying to leave” so… I don’t feel we got the medical attention we should have received. Next time we will go out in town and find a place on Tricare network but not a military treatment facility
There are many bad reviews but I'm pleased to say I had an excellent experience. The staff were all very professional and courteous. Dr. Kwon especially. He doesn't mess around and doesn't waste time. Maybe others do not like that but I appreciate it. I do not plan on being anyone's patient, but if I am again, I have no issues with going here.
Came here with a really bad upper respiratory condition where I could not breathe without coughing. I spent nearly 2 hours waiting in the lobby just to be told they were going to test me for RSV and released me with some mucinex. It wasnt RSV, so I still have no idea what is killing me. Overall I wasted about 5 hours here.
Waited in the office for over an hour. No one else in waiting room. I asked if they forgot me and said no. I waited 10 more minutes and walked out. No one answers the phone or seems to care at all. Combat disabled and this is the clown show we get.
