Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic Main Pharmacy

This the most convenient clinic for service members and their families, specially for those who live on post. It provides most primary care services on business days and hours. The only inconvenience is that they Emergency Room is not 24 hrs and only opens on business days.

The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are really nice but the wait times are horrible! I was told it would be a fast in-and-out type of situation but ended up being stuck here for over two hours! Very frustrating! Not enough staff for the number of people they have coming in.

The service I experienced today was unacceptable. I spent over two hours waiting, re-submitted a form I had already completed, and visited the desk three times, only to be told to call my doctor myself. This is exactly the opposite of what I was told would happen, since I was waiting for your team to follow up with the doctor directly. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is very frustrating as a customer. I left in tears of anger and frustration.

Easy in and out. Pediatric clinic has moved so beware. Overall a good clinic.

I don't typically have over the top service with any army program; but I hope the guy who helped me today, 9/2/25, sees this. Thank you for giving me the time and having an actual conversation with me rather than assuming I'm stupid. Such a small moment, but it meant a lot.
