Outstanding care! The staff is friendly, progressional and truly caring - quick check-in, minimal wait time and compassionate service. Physicians are knowledgeable, attentive, and explain everything clearly. Clean facility, efficient care - far better than ER. 5+ stars. Highly recommend to everyone in the area. I was in the area visiting and I needed an Urgent Care for myself. This place was recommended to me by my sister, and I was not disappointed. I checked in on their website before I arrived. The website didn't take my secondary insurance after I uploaded it, so make sure when you check in at the front desk to tell the receptionist. The receptionist was so friendly and the waiting room was very clean and inviting. I was in and out in an hour. The nurse was really friendly and I felt like I was listened to. The doctor was very friendly and I felt like he understood my needs and did what was best for me since I was visiting from out of town. I would visit this location if I needed to again while in the area.

This facility provides excellent care and has knowledgeable and professional providers. The wait time is short and they will give you what you need to feel better or refer you out if needed. Harmony is a PA there that is especially sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are in need and in the area!

I have come to this urgent care before and had good experiences, but today was not one of those days. I went in with a severe ear infection to the point I could not sleep for 48 hours due to the pain. The LOVELY front desk girls were super helpful and so sweet. I get taken back and have the normal intake with a super sweet nurse, but before I was seen, I waited 10-15 minutes listening to the PA that was supposed to be seeing me talk about anything but work, while I am sitting in the room, waiting in extreme pain. I am then met with a PA (I believe her name was Harmony) who has no clue what she is doing. I let her know my symptoms and she looks in my ear and essentially told me I was wrong and there is nothing wrong with me. She proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do but a steroi

The providers at Urgent Care by the bay are the best. My daughter was not feeling well and was seen and treated quickly and efficiently. The office was clean and efficient. Thank you!
