Refine PT and Performance Daphne

Following a cervical fusion, my neurosurgeon suggested physical therapy to ease or eliminate my severe neck and shoulder pain. At the recommendation of a trusted friend, I contacted the Refine office in Foley. I was assigned to Mrs.Cynthia McInnis. From the outset I knew I was in the good hands of a knowledgeable and true professional. Unlike any previous therapist that started treatments without asking questions, she spent good bit of time questioning the history of my problem and then, on her laptop, showed me the pictures of neck, shoulder, and back muscles and the functions of each as relates to my pain. One year ago this month our families life was changed. Our son was in an accident and the left arm was crushed with lots of nerve damage. Things we take for granted every day like brushing your teeth, eating with your left hand, drinking with it, and for Braxton doing the thing he loves most seemed impossible for him. It has been a very long year for him but with the help of Tyler and the rest of the therapist at Refine PT he is back doing what he loves. I just finished 3 months of pt for a reverse shoulder replacement. I worked with Rebekah Fowler who was by for the best pt I have ever worked with. Her knowledge presentation and understanding the process was second to none. She would set goals to meet and push you to meet these goals. Working one one with a pt Iis by far the best method. I would highly recommend Refine PT.

Fantastic team of therapists! Sarah Williams guided me through my knee replacement recovery and she was amazing! She knows when to challenge and push hard, and when to back off. I highly recommend Refine PT!!
