I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I walked into Montefiore Urgent Care not feeling like myself at all. Something just wasn't right. Dr. Greenberg really took his time with me. He listened, asked thoughtful questions, and didn't brush off what I was feeling. His calm and caring approach made me feel heard. He ultimately referred me to the ER for further evaluation, and I'm so grateful he did. If it wasn't for him recognizing that I needed more care, I probably would have gone home and ignored the signs, and things could have turned out much worse. The entire team was incredible. Everyone at this urgent care was great. Yes, there’s a wait; that’s just how urgent care works, but every single person I interacted with was kind and patient. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, I felt well taken care of the whole time. At times, it’s easy to focus on the negatives, but I want to highlight a truly positive experience. Thank you to the entire staff for your patience and for making me feel so well cared for.

I took my mom to urgent care last night and she saw Dr Ting Jia Tu this is the first bad experience we had at Monti. Dr Tu has no bed side manner at all. I felt like he was rushing instead of helping her. The nurses was very nice and helpful.

The woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude for that type of job. It's a customer service position, and she should be friendly, not rude. the black girl with braids. All the staff are terrible. They are not professional.

If you need to get paperwork done for work, I advise you not to get treated there. They don’t have the technology equipment to do the paperwork the same day you have to wait 7 to 10 days to receive your paperwork no good. This is why I am switching to another clinic Because right now can’t work with all my paperwork done ridiculous. Something simple and fast to do.
