Urgent Care Bedford Stuyvesant

This review is for the urgent care. I was told no one would give me imaging but that turned out not to be true. The imaging was also way less expensive than forecasted (and necessary) but I did get a referral from the doctor which I really needed. They're also a clean facility and I was seen promptly.

What I like most about this urgent care center is that I never have to wait long. I also like that it’s always clean and sanitary when I visit. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Terrible experience, steer clear. Was feeling very sick so I went to get a flu test - had an appointment at Nao Medical but when I showed up it was closed so I walked to this Urgent Care. There was only one person in front of me but I had to use a kiosk to check in and there were two but one was apparently not working. The person in front if me was taking forever on the working kiosk so I asked the receptionist if she could enter me manually and she said no because the printer was broken. I asked if I could sign up digitally and she didn’t know, I checked the website and there were no appointments showing. I asked the receptionist if she could restart the ipad at the kiosk that wasnt working and she said no. Finally after 15+ minutes at the kiosk the person in front of me finished. I tried

Brought my daughter here last week. This urgent care came in clutch. Her pediatrician was on vacation. Fortunately, she was able to get the prescription she needed that day.

I don’t have any constructive criticism to offer. I think the way they do things at this urgent care is perfect. I’m grateful it’s just a short drive from my home.
