Urgent Care at Rochester Medical Center

I have visited this office multiple times as urgent care, and changed them to my PCP. Every visit I have had has been prompt and polite. I am not sure what these other reviewers experienced, but maybe those people have been let go? The one thing is, the urgent care sign isn't in the same place as the actual clinic. I think there might be a renovation happening? Anyway, not a big deal considering the quality of care and friendly service. Dr. Attalah noticed a murmur in my heart that I have felt for years, but nobody detected before during a flu visit. I am happy to be under the care of a doctor who pays attention to EVERYTHING, not just the reason for my visit.

Not listed on their website, but this place is NOT a public urgent care. I went in their and they said they couldn't see me because my PCP is not one of their doctors. This is a PRIVATE clinic only. Their website is extremely misleading as it appears to advertise itself as a normal urgent care available for anyone. For anyone in Rochester needing an urgent care, I recommend the Rochester Urgent Care on Auburn Road instead.

Came here during office hours for a friend who got in an accident at the gym. No one is here, doors are locked, so I called the office, and the answering machine said the office is currently closed, stating the office hours which were not true, clearly. Please try to be more professional. Thanks.

This is not the real Rochester Urgent Care, they are using the name of an established Urgent care at 215 E. Auburn Rd to allure patients. their actual name is Urgent care at Rochester medical center.
