Rochester Medpointe Urgent Care

My child was in severe ear pain and crying uncontrollably when we arrived at Rochester Medpointe Urgent Care. Nurse Practitioner Amanda was absolutely amazing — calm, patient and so gentle with him. She handled everything professionally and helped him feel safe and comforted. By the time we left, he was much calmer. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care we received! Highly recommend.

Was seen there by Amanda the NP. Was feeling nauseous and had a bad pains. She took in to consideration all my symptoms and prescribed me medication that helped me tremendously! Highly recommend her! She was great

Outstanding!!! It's so clean, the staff are marvelous! I walked in, filled in the new patient forms, paid the co-pay and saw the doctor in just about 20 minutes!!!! The whole process was extremely fast. Aaaaamazing! So satisfied with the service.

I came in late on a Sunday night and they were so kind about it! I got in and out quick. Dr Parfenov was nice and helpful.
