Urgent Care at JTDMH

Service is very slow, woman at desk this day was slightly rude Edit: 12/30/25 Worse experience having to accompany a relative who severely hurt their arm. Said they would give him a sling, they never gave him one. They don’t like to give medicine. I’ve had a doctor flat out say “What do you want me to do about it?” when talking over problems/symptoms. EDIT: 01/26/2026 After receiving real treatment at OIO they found my father tore his rotator cuff. It has been completely torn and requires surgery. The doctor said it was the worst she’s seen in her 20 years of work. They x-rayed my father at this urgent care and the doctor at OIO said there’s no way they could have missed it. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They send patients home with no medical care. Do NOT go here under any c

Went in because my boyfriend had not been feeling good for several days. They wanted him to go to the ER. We refused and said just the urgent care they said ok. Doctors came in and said he should go to the er because they can’t even do lab work at the urgent care. Didn’t even take his vitals. We asked for a flu and covid test and he said he could do that but that’s not it. I don’t think they ever planned on doing anything for him just send him to him to the er. Really a scam. Going to be billed for a visit where they did nothing. It’s a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had a good experience today bringing my daughter in for x -Ray..The Dr on call Alex Rowen was very attentive and patient with her..Keep up the Great work!
