I have a positive experience at this radiology center, but I especially want to highlight the Georgian front-desk girl. She is always smiling, kind, and exceptionally professional. In this often chaotic radiology department, she is the one who brings a rare sense of calm and warmth. The quality of service she provides is truly outstanding — she makes visit smoother, easier, and so much more pleasant. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of care!

Good Medical Center, Head Injury Diagnostics were done in 30 minutes. Back Diagnostics were done on a first come, first served basis. Everything was fast and high quality. Appointment was done in 3 days. Convenient Good Location 8-10 minutes from Brighton Beach metro station. Thank you for the quality work. They speak English, Russian, Ukrainian and Georgian in the office. I recommend it to everyone.

I'm writing this review so that Urban Radiology is informed. I was there 9/8/25 for a CT scan on the abdomen with and without contrast. The procedure was painful when the needle was removed. The tech was a bearded young man who coldly commented "I thought women had better tolerance for pain than men.". I then had extreme pain and limited use of the right arm until early January. Earlier today I had a similar procedure somewhere else with virtually no pain.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service!
