Uptown Veterinary Hospital

We brought our cat to Uptown Vet and she got 15 teeth removed! She’s only about a year old and we got her off the side of the road. Always had a pleasant attitude but after the surgery she’s completely different. Loving, affectionate and very playful!! The poor baby must have been in so much pain from the garbage she ate when she was ferrel. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, doctors and other employees. Always professional and take their time to explain everything and very helpful when we had questions along the way. 😻

I can't begin to express just how spectacular Uptown Veterinary Hospital and ALL of the team have been during Cosmo’s diagnosis and surgery to remove numerous bladder stones. Friendly, compassionate, professional and skilled are only a few of their exceptional qualities. I was updated with photos of Cosmo and text messages frequently throughout the entire day. We had a wonderful first visit and were so satisfied with all the care and attention our dog Gus got from Uptown Vet. From our first call, we knew we found the perfect fit for us. The front desk folks listened to our needs and helped arrange an appointment quickly, arranged to get our dog’s medical records and texted us a confirmation of everything we talked about. Senior dogs can be especially challenging and ours is no exception. Dr Becker spent so much time with us reviewing our dog’s records and history, asking questions and listening to everything we had to say. She took her time and was so caring and compassionate. Since getting my dog Whiskey, we’ve visited a couple different vet offices in Charlotte. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Uptown Vet is by far superior to any others! One particular day my dog Whiskey had a hot spot and they went above and beyond in their accommodation of us. They got us in same day and made sure that he had everything he needed, they even followed up to ensure he was doing ok after the fact! I can’t recommend them enough and would highly recommend Uptown Vet to anyone in the area!

The Uptown Veterinary Hospital’s team are truly some of the best around. Dr. Jen is always incredibly thorough and compassionate when caring for our two dogs.
