Ted Kern and his team make you feel like family! They’re very committed to my recovery and have helped guide and support me every step of the way post ACL surgery. They’ve helped minimize the pain and set me on the right track to regain mobility. I have greatly appreciated the flexibility in scheduling - I am always able to get my preferred time. I have also appreciated the care, kindness, professionalism, and respect as I’ve continued on my physical therapy journey. Dare I say… I look forward to physical therapy!

Typical churning patients in and out of clinic with no personalization and PT actively refused to follow the drs script for treating the entire spine. Instead he defended only being able to successfully treat one area (eg. Neck) at a time. To treat the neck without treating lumbar that is also presenting symptomatically and as directed by a physician is not patient- centered care. Seemed to think a lot of himself though and enjoyed talking down to me.

I had a great experience working with Josh, and the all staff that demonstrating a professional and caring approach during each visit. After completed six weeks of therapy sessions I was able to regain 90% mobility in my left shoulder having torn the rotator cuff, which had initially been at only about 30%. I would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy, that they considering checking this place out!

After my third back surgery I've been around the block a time or two with physical therapy, none hold a candle to this place. I've never waited for appointment, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the place is clean, and has all of the necessities to get your rehab done. You can tell without even talking to anyone that this place is highly respected, there are signed pictures of professional athletes on the walls thanking them for helping them with their recovery. What most impresses me is that at physical therapy places prior to this they just seemed to be going through the motions, like you're a sheet of paper with check boxes to check off. I would not recommend this facility. They did not review my X-ray or MRI images or follow the script from my spine specialist that was recommended for me. I left in more pain than I was in when I arrived and to top it all off, they told me parking was free in the garage but then I got a parking citation because they neglected to specify that there were only certain areas in the parking garage that are for visitors.
