I highly recommend Uptown Family Dentistry! From the second I walked in, I was treated with genuine warmth and respect. The whole team is just incredible and truly masters outstanding patient care. What makes them totally stand out is how much they actually listen. I never felt rushed—like, ever. They were dedicated to active listening and showing real empathy. They took the time to hear all my concerns and dental history, making sure they totally understood my anxieties before doing anything. Incredibly incompetent establishment, intrusive staff, and reeking of complacency. Unclean rooms. Didn’t see anyone change gloves once. Because of my circumstances the recommended treatment was absolutely unaffordable and you can count on the dental hygienist to make it worse. Not referring assistant or lovely folks behind running the front desk.

UPTOWN DENTISTRY IS GREAT PLACE.THE DENTIST ARE VERY VERY GOOD. THEY OFFER ALL THE DENTAL SERVICES OF CLEANING/ROOT CANAL/TOOTH EXTRACTION/ IMPLANTS / CROWNS & BRIDGES. THE STAFF IS VERY GREAT. THE PROCEDURE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE EQUIPMENT IS UPDATED & THE TOOLS THAT MUST BE USED FOR YOUR PROCEDURE IS CLEAN. UPTOWN DENTISTRY IS A GREAT DENTISTRY OFFICE. THEY SINCERELY CARE ABOUT YOUR DENTAL HYGIENE.

There's no care or investment made into this dental facility. The equipment doesn't work and is mostly broken. They don't do thorough deep cleaning for the amount of money you pay for! The cleaning is only for about 10 mins. You have to wait for hours for your appointment even though I came early for my appointment. The reception area is so DIRTY, HAS BROKEN OLD TOYS. Very uninviting reception area! No one answers the phone. Very disrespectful and unhelpful staff members. Very unprofessional dental office. They don't tell you the office will be closed ahead of time before you come in for your appointment. Very disgraceful.

At 34 years old I never had a tooth pulled while awake! Welp at 34 it was time and I cried like a big baby! But everyone was so patient and nice about it the Doctor and his assistant even wiped my tears!! Highly recommend this office I love them
