We were referred here over a month ago by our doctor. THEY HAVE YET TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL US BACK. We have left multiple voicemails, been sent to their answering service countless times, and still, no call back and zero communication. Worst office in the country, these people don't care one bit about their patients. Their communication is so far beyond lacking, I would look elsewhere before even bothering with this place. Terrible. Absolutely terrible!

can't get anyone to answer the phone. 3rd attempt this week and on hold to make an appointment for over 25 min each time. I am considering driving there to make an appointment but that seems ridiculous. The therapists are very good though.

Upstate Physical Therapy is without a doubt the worst PT facility I've ever been to. First, all calls to make a appointment for any of their locations goes to a call center where you are placed on hold and may never get a person to answer. They must be poorly staffed or poorly managed or both because it took me 3 call attempts to talk with someone to make a first appointment. During the first 2 attempts I was on hold for 15 minutes or more before I couldn't take it any longer and hung up. The third time I was on hold for 10 minutes and about to hang up when someone finally answered. FOR ANYONE NEEDING PT, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Took over two weeks to get an appt. Had to verify appt with insurance questions stayed on hold for over 25 minutes 3 different times and no one ever answered. Their hours state 8-4:30. Poor representation and customer service. Makes me question how good the physical therapy would be.
