Getting my new aids to work took a long time. But, I was very happy with the service and the new aids.
I was very surprised at how quick and accurate the hearing test was. But when the doctor made the proper adjustments in her demo device to compensate for my hearing loss, I was truly astonished at the quality of fidelity produced by the hearing aids. Can't wait to get my own set of them next week! Love the service! Love the convenience too. Very satisfied customer.
Always very friendly both from front counter to the hearing specialists! Prompt too and not pushy when I told them I couldn’t afford upgrades. Very professional office. I could go to office closer to home but chose to continue with this office
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Amber was great up front. Doc Bova was pleasant, thorough and very knowledgeable. Miranda was great at explaining the operation and stayed late in a Friday to make sure I could walk out with my new hearing aids. I’m very happy with Hearing Life.
