UPMC Washington Hospital Outpatient

Staff has been amazing so far. It's our 1st time in this hospital and it's layout is very weird and can get list but it very clean and sweet workers so far.

I have had 3 surgeries at Washington Hospital and each time I had a positive experience. Pre-op was extremely efficient and nurses and surgical staff were cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was recently hospitalized overnight for observation. All of the nurses and assistants were fantastic. I was really impressed with the care that I received. The hospital was extremely clean. The food was also great. I highly recommend UPMC.

I had stomach surgery on 10-21-24. I absolutely loved the surgeon (Dr. Gonzales). I only had to stay over night. Most of the staff & nurses were fantastic! The nurse i had at night was just horrible!! I was crying because I was in So much pain! I ask her for my pain meds an she said (in a shitty) yeah, I'll be back! Well I had to wait almost an hour for her to come back!! Meanwhile my pain was just screaming!! I did buzz for the nurse a few times but was told "They were busy"!! It was the longest night of pain I've ever had!! Sadly my surgery didn't go so well. It's been 4 months and I have terrible pain in my chest that goes through to my back, bad pain in the back of my neck as to where it's awful to bend or move my head and bad pain in my right shoulder!! I'm constantly extremely nause

I had dbs surgery march 17th. Two new batteries and 3 cuts in the neck for the wire. Dr Whiting and the intake nurse were fabulous. However the discharge nurse rushed me out of outpatient surgery without giving me proper supplies. I was just coming out of anesthesia. Didn't even make sure my pain medication was called in. After going there every year 14 years ago. Then going this time lot different i don't know if that's the way they roll certainly wasn't dr Whiting or amy.
