They didn't bother to return my father's calls or a nurse from the hospital called. So my Mom and Dad went there in person to set up a follow-up appointment after his hospital stay and he explained he called twice and a nurse and they never called him back. He wanted to set up an appointment and the girl in the office looked at him and said we'll call you back. He said he wanted to get an appointment then and she nastily says we're running appointments into January. February and March now, do you want an appointment in the morning or afternoon, so Dad said morning, so she gives him an appointment on February 20 th at 1:30 in the afternoon with a nurse,not a doctor. My Dad needed to be seen by a doctor to find out what is going on. Needless to say, my parents were very angry with the office

The doctors don't keep accurate notes or record any symptoms or work restrictions. When you call to complain and ask for help, you're met with similar distrust as the doctors Edit: I was told to reach out to patient relations. I already did that and got no help. They refuse to offer any real solutions, just platitudes.

The absolute worst medical office I have ever encountered. I went to my first appointment as a new patient, and things seemed normal. I met with a doctor (Bakhtiar Syed), who seemed pleasant and helpful at first, but who quickly proved to have no comprehension of empathy or of treating patients with respect. He offered me 3 dates for a procedure and I was to call with my choice after checking my schedule; I called and left a specific voice mail that same day. After no reply, I left another voice mail the next day. Still no reply. After waiting three days with no response I sent a letter - still no response. I have attempted 3 times to get an appointment with this office. I had been treated there and consider myself a patient, but the utter lack of respect shown by not returning multiple calls with a message speaks to a total lack of respect.

Great doctor, but getting the recommended follow-up appointment or information is impossible when the staff doesn't actually want to speak to you.
