UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing at UPMC Harrisburg

Let’s their employees/students harass patients/patients families outside of work hours, does nothing after multiple complaints & expression about feeling unsafe as a patient when said employee works there. Calls on blocked numbers, posts all over socials about us, stalks us, has friends stalk us & call us..

I’m going to start this by saying I would give 0 stars to this program if I could. The name is fitting because this is one of the most “shady” experiences I have ever had. I have since returned to HACC, where I should have stayed. I left HACC because of false advertisement for a program at this school where you would receive $7,000 a semester in the form of a 1 year work commitment per semester which would have left me almost debt free when finishing the program. This was a lie . Almost none of my classmates ended up being “eligible” for this money. They put us all on the spot to try to get us to sign contracts . You had to sit through it even if you had told them you weren’t interested. When we asked specific questions about the types of jobs that would be eligible etc and w were given ve
