UPMC Primary Care White Rose

I don't understand why so many bad reviews. I use to go to Family health before here and I must say way better. The doctors and staff at UPMC Primary Care White Rose were excellent! The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to all my concerns. The staff were also very polite and also helpful. I didn't have to deal with a long wait either like some places. This place went above and beyond for my needs. Thank-you UPMC.

Dr. P is awesome, but you can never get a call through. They let you on hold then say they are busy call back later. I've been calling about a prescription for two weeks now. Nothing. My pharmacy has said they've reached out but nothing so far. If I didn't like and respect Dr. P so much I would never return here.

I would give a higher star review but the phone service for this office has been terrible since upmc has taken ownership of the practice. Theres no option to wait on hold for someone to be available to answer. The staff is good and ive been coming here for care for 20years. But this lack of being able to get through to someone on the phone and the portal is just insanely poor. Hope they fix it soon before a patient has a serious health issue from not being able to reach them in time for medications or something

I used to be a patient of Family Health Associates but since the UPMC buyout the quality of admin support has gone downhill. It took 8 phone calls over the course of 2 months to get a prescription Pre-Auth form filled out so I could get the meds that they prescribed. Also, if you call during "busy times" the automated services lets you know they are busy, call back later, and hangs up on you. Dr. P is still rock solid through all of this.

The rudest place I’ve ever been. Will not go back. Always loved upmc but will never do another upmc anything! Dr didn’t even order correct medicine. Didn’t discuss anything. Didn’t listen to anything I said.
