UPMC Outpatient Services

My daughter has a service dog and was the driving for her elderly grandmother. Her and the dog were asked to leave the pre operation area due to the dog being "not for medical reasons" which left my mother to be alone in the room before surgery. Dog has a vest on and all the credentials. Unacceptable especially at a medical place.

Lots of different outpatient services in this building, which is part of UPMC's system. It was formerly part of Pinnacle Health until they were acquired by UPMC. I use the sleep clinic there for sleep apnea, but they have a very wide array of services there, including a Select Physical Therapy clinic in the building for any physical or occupational therapy needs you might have.

This is very critical stay waiting to die here in this place , what’s I say this place , this country … omg is a lot negligent in this country with I first world country … omg is critical…. We are here from 10 am and is 5:04 and with a very hard situation, and this people don’t do anything. Wow
