UPMC Outpatient Center

Doctor absolutely did not have the time of day for me.My issues have not been addressed , nor do they care. She said she didn't have the time to go over blood work and x-rays she ordered. I'm getting no answers and just getting worse. Be nice if I could get treated like a human regardless of my insurance.

I called and got a very hostile answer saying they aren’t taking any new patients for up to 6 months and they immediently hung up on me after. they were extremely rude I couldn’t believe it was a real office.

I have nothing but praise for my Doctor here. Dr Vaccaro has a great bedside manner, he actually listens to you, and he is very good at explaining things so you understand everything he is doing. Clinic itself gets full and can take a bit of time to get in but it's worth waiting in a lobby for a hour or two when you have a trusted doctor.

Being able to see some of my Specialist from Erie locally in Bradford has been a huge help! Every time that door opens, there is 2-4 nurses waiting to pull patients back. X-ray imaging services on site too?! Even better!!

My first visit to UPMC Bradford, staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Dresser made my minor surgical experience seem much less stressful than I had thought it would be. And, I left the facility with no pain!
