I would give this place a 5 star because it's a great family pharmacy BUT I am blatantly treated poorly by this one receptionist. I have been going here on and off for years. I recently started coming again for my Aunt because she has no car and I work in the area. Every single time this one lady acts like I am ruining her day by being there, I have watched how she interacts with others, just to see if It's me, maybe I'm crazy or taking it wrong but no, for some reason she gets extra irritated at me. She seems like she gets frustrated easily Kinda like a teacher who has been doing her job for to long and just thinks every kids is a bad kid. Have been a customer for years now, and I'm very happy with the service here. I prefer places with the "hometown atmosphere", as Ott and McHenry has always had. Great customer service with a smile 😁 I have just been told that my insurance will no longer be accepted here, so now I am being forced to go to a national pharmacy instead. Does this mean that they are closing the pharmacy? If so, that's too bad. I will definitely miss them. 🤔😦

Amazing atmosphere, my family and I have been using their pharmacy for years! I went in for some cold and cough medications and some perscription cough meds and they were as friendly as pie!(and I really love pie)! I usually get over anxious in any store\interaction but it felt like I was as confident as a puppy wanting to meet all the new people! Wonderful place and amazing staff and pharmacists!

Just a nice hometown pharmacy. Not many places that remember your name when you go in. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
