I had a mixed experience at this office. Dr. Hall-Ndlovu was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I felt confident in her care and would absolutely see her again. Unfortunately, my experience with the intake nurse was not positive. She came across as rude and judgmental during the intake process. She questioned me in a condescending tone about why I tend to come out of anesthesia slowly, even though my appointment that day had nothing to do with anesthesia. Additionally, when reviewing my medication list, her facial expressions and demeanor felt shocked and stigmatizing rather than neutral and professional. Highly recommend NOT going here unless you are healthy and have zero complications in your pregnancy. Raised serious concerns to Dr. Hank to be gaslit and told my complaints were due to the stomach bug that i DIDNT have nor were my complaints related to stomach related issues. Had to go around him to my PCP to have bloodwork done, because Dr. Hank refused to order any, just for it to confirm that what i was concerned about was in fact true and that he put my baby & myself in unnecessary risk for no reason. This isn’t the first time Dr. Hank has gaslit me, i stupidly gave him a second chance thinking that a 7 year gap between pregnancies was enough time to improve his listening and communication skills but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Dr.Hank did a great job delivering my son via c section. Appointments always took forever though they’re really slow there, and one of my maternity nurses were kinda rude but overall didn’t have many problems. Would come here again in the future. It’s now the future and things here have changes. Have been disrespected by staff my last 3 phone calls and visit. I will never be back here, or the Dillsburg location. I’ve apparently been banned because I called out a receptionist for blatantly lying about availability because she had an attitude and I matched it. I called to reschedule an appointment and this receptionist was extremely short, and told me the earliest availability was 2025. I was shocked as I’d just been scheduled for the appointment I was cancelling 2 weeks prior. I asked was

My experience here was very superb and I can't thank the ladies enough for your care! I recently had issues with my IUD and they were able to get it removed ASAP. When going over birth control options (I am limited to what I can have) they gave me time to think, and once I made my decision, they had me in at the closest date! Wait times can be extensive but I don't put the blame on the ladies here. Had absolutely good service and would definitely recommend!

Dr. Hank delivered my baby, it was a good experience. The nursing staff during my pregnancy were all wonderful. I appreciate that they play G rated shows in the lobby making it appropriate to bring children in to wait.
