I've been taking all of the heart healthy foods.

Blake was SUPERB in her ability to give me excellent customer service during our phone talk! She has a pleasant personality. And I felt very comfortable talking with her. She is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease!

The case notes provided after the appointment is quite disturbing. The Nurse practitioner recording case notes kept referring to another person in the room when I was the only one there. During the appointment the nurse practitioner did not show signs of any unusual behavior, it wasn't until after the appointment I read the case notes, in the UPMC portal, and became quite alarmed. She was obviously referring to more than one person in the room. It would be inappropriate for me to assume that she was having a mental episode or under the influence, either way I will not be returning.

Saw two Cardiologists there for chest pains i've been getting for 7 years the first Dr was Dr Walsh and he gave me a medication that did nothing so my chest pains continued when i made an Appt to go back to him they gave me another Dr Dr Torrey Schmidt and he put me through more test I did not need and my insurance company denied paying the bill and by the way this is fraud to schedual test the patient does not need and anyway he could not give me a definite diagnosis and never even called me back into the office to explain anything but the medication he prescribed has helped some but I still get pains in my chest so I will not go back to either of these Dr's but will search for a competent Cardiologist who can help me
