UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

This place is a joke. Made an appointment for 6 pm. My name was third on the list for appointments and there were people underneath as walk ins. I asked how long the wait was and was advised there were 6 people ahead of me, even though their screen showed me as number three. Went in an hour later and asked what the update was. They said there are 4 people ahead of me still. They saw 2 people in an hour. That means we’ll be sitting here for another 2 hours. They don’t tell you how many doctors are working. My guess is 1. We will not be back. Definitely ask how many doctors are on staff when you go in, but from other reviews, I’m assuming they only regularly staff 1.

If I could’ve marked it a zero I would’ve. Place was packed and super under staffed. The front desk lady had a snappy attitude to her. They are remodeling the building and got the patient room TINY! We ended up leaving the dump and going to Patient First

Usually I dont even post reviews but this time i had to make an exception. I had an "appointment" for the first time slot of the day. When I arrived I was told to log in on the kiosk. When I did I was the first name on the weight list there were only two other people in the waiting area. And hour later I was called to the front desk the receptionist had the worst attitude was super rude and im pretty sure at least a little racist. She told me I didnt really have an appointment it was just a space saved in line. (Keep in mind I was first on the waitlist) all she needed from me was to sign a consent form to be seen. I have no idea why she had me wait an hour to do this but she did. In that time other patients came in AFTER me some that didnt even have their spaces saved in line some that ins

We had to wait almost six hours for my appointment, but went home for part of that time. It didn't matter to me because I had to see someone that day. When I was seen, the Physician Assistant, Janice, was so great. She asked a lot of questions and before she even saw my foot she knew what was wrong. She was very caring and gentle and gave me time to answer her questions without rushing me. She was sympathetic about my condition, and called in a prescription that I could begin taking that day. The staff was courteous and friendly, and kept me in touch with what was going on while we were waiting. Thank you all.

Tell people you only have one doctor, so we can go somewhere else. Came in at 11am, it’s now 12:45 and I’m leaving after waiting and watching 3 people who came in after me get called back. Meanwhile I have a toddler with me too. They’re under construction and only have one doctor there. Do not go here, all you do is wait and wait and wait, EVERY time I come here. Wouldn’t have been as mad if they weren’t taking people back that came after me. I even booked an appt!
