UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

I would have given them zero stars, but that wasnt an option. I arrived at 7:35, they close at 8.. Not ideal, but i came from work.. coukdnt help timing. The receptionist, or whatever smart ass she may have been told me to check in, quickly, as they close in 14 minutes.. I said to her, did you really just say that? She said yes..they are ready to go home. I was rushed thru , the dr told me he doesnt give covid tests, becasue they havent seen one in months.. which is odd, because my son just tested positive, at a worthy facility. The Dr told me I would get a cough in 4 days, and literally held my coat up for me to get into to leave. I work in a restaurant, I know all about people coming at the last minute.. but they are still treated with respect. The leader of the front office failed comed

I would like to say that Meghan Faust, PA-C, was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was kind, thorough, empathetic and clearly explained the best ways to care for myself with the medicine I was prescribed . I cannot tell you how good it feels to be treated like that. Also, I really liked I could do all my registration electronically before I arrived as I was feeling really sick and drained. I was seen promptly. My second time at your clinic and my second great experience, thank you.

This place was amazing!!!! We went right before close because our son was having an allergic reaction! The nurses and doctors were so reassuring and calm for us! We will 100% be coming back here for any emergency needs with our son!

I’ve visited UPMC Arlington Avenue specifically for my mother who is elderly 86 with dementia. She was having issues with urinating and we discovered she had a UTI everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the physicians assistant. They were all excellent. We felt very welcome and I believe we received above board and excellent care. We will return and thank you so much to everyone that was there. You’re forever friend Johnny.

we have been sitting in here for over an hour after checking in. extremely slow service I do not recommend!!!!!! most the nurses have been gossiping the entire time we have been here instead of taking care of the sick patients. if i could give this urgent care 0 stars i would. genuinely the worst and slowest urgent care i have ever seen
