Took time even after online reserve spot 631pm been sick over a month Didn't finish till a little after 8pm Didn't test me for covid flu or anything though Gave me nebulizer treatment Prescribed steroids and inhaler Sent for X-ray cuz X-ray was down tonight So gotta go to hospital tomorrow to get X-ray to rule out pneumonia But staff was friendly apologized for delay They did have emergency when I was there. So took some time. But went well

Good urgent care! Very efficient, nice staff and excellent care. Very poor billing system you hear absolutely nothing about but are expected to just sign in and trust it!! Not these days! Insist on paper billing!

I was very impressed with the staff and the provider. The front desk was very helpful completing my sign in. The MA was informative and efficient. The PA was very thorough and took the time to discuss everything with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. Overall the office atmosphere was friendly, efficient and I will be returning when needed. I will also refer to them as well. Thanks so much and I am feeling better today.

I have been visiting UPMC Urgent Care Center over the past three years as needed. It is a state-of-the-art facility, offering urgent care and extensive radiological services. The staff are kind, efficient and professional. you have access to a patient portal that lets you see treatment results and make appointments online. Highly recommend.

I was seen quickly. Unfortunately, I don't believe my care was forefront in the decision. Severe cough, congestion, head ache and fever. Over a week of symptoms. No test for flu or COVID. Just an antibiotic prescription with the message it should help if it's bacterial. If it's viral, it'll have to run it's course. I was too sick and tired to argue the point of why give me an antibiotic if you haven't tested for the viruses. This is how antibiotic resistance grows.
