Insurance forces me to go here, have to drive about 40 minutes each way, been 3 times total. First time i waited for nearly 5 hours, was finally seen and the issue i had was able to be treated with meds and i was sent on my way after a few minute interaction. Ended up missing entire day of work. 2nd time going i ended up waiting around 3.5 hours even though there were only 3 patients ahead of me, and those were the only patients seen leaving when i was in waiting room as well so unless there were more that were occupying rooms for 4+ hours, then it was just very slow. Misdiagnosed, or at least the med called in for this visit was incorrect, my symptoms got worse, ended up going to ER (extra 700 dollar bill after paying copay for UC visit). 3rd time i go, having horrible symptoms, was quick

Update: I went in on a Wed, and 1st asked if x-ray tech. was there and there was this time. I continued with being seen. The PA was professional and kind. The x-ray technician was as well. The front greeter was certainly less than enthusiastic. It was early and not even busy yet. The aid that took me to the back and got me ready to be seen, was as less enthused as front greeter. ** First time here. It was a Sunday morning. I didn't know the check-in procedures. I stood in front of desk and the lady behind the desk wouldn't acknowledge me. I suppose she thought I'd figure out to use the machine off to the side first. Now I know, but she could have said something, vice just leave me stand there wasting time. Once I got passed that initial process, it didn't take long for my name to be called

I came into the urgent care because I have been really sick for 4 days with no improvement . I am very congested, super high heart rate, super high blood pressure (mind you I’m a skinny 20 year old, so this was truly because I was very sick), headache, fever and chills, stiff neck, and very chunky cough that progressively got worse. I got taken back, and they swabbed me for strep, which I thought was odd because I didn’t have a sore throat and I don’t even have tonsils. Before I got those results back Tracy Ho and I were talking. I mention I had pneumonia a few months ago. She says “where did you get that?”?????? HUH. It was more of a tone like she didn’t believe me or thought I was a smoker or something. Like it’s not an STD, I got it from some airborne particles??? Idk. Probably the leas

Scheduling for an appointment time means absolutely nothing. You still have to wait just as long as if you would have walked in. My 4 year old is sick so instead of coming directly in we scheduled ahead of time so she wouldn’t have to wait in the waiting room as long. Nope jk it makes zero difference. So we should have just came in the hour prior to the appointment time instead of scheduling online and still waiting. Only difference is now it’s even later in the night that we are waiting. Not only did they make us wait, they didn’t do a single thing for our daughter other than tell us to give her honey a juice. Two hours after we got home she ended up needing to go to the er by ambulance because she couldn’t breathe due to croup.

My doctor was professional, energetic and ready to help. I could tell she enjoys her work. She listened to my story and asked great questions. She helped me understand my options. We made a plan and she set it in motion. Thank you for listening and giving me direction. You helped me through a really rough time!
